Not Happy

Not because of the oscar results (it was about time that M. Scorsese got one) but more of what I found in my Technorati this morning. I indeed discovered that some guy is using Andromeda as a template for his site. While I’m flattered that this theme is of some interest for someone, it’s NOT released yet. And using unreleased material without agreement is not allowed by the studio. I posted a message to this person and he has not answered yet. If that happens again, I’ll remove all the demo of the themes in progress.

That’s bogus man, I hate it when people do crap like that. It takes 2 minutes to email a person for permission if you want to user their work outside of the initial agreement, but to just rip something is another store. I would contact his host and have his account banned. :P

The keyword here is not how much it would cost but the “availability”! free or not, untill released this product is my sole property…
